General
Caitland Services Ltd agrees to perform the work specified by
the client in professional manner using every care to accomplish
a satisfactory service. Caitland Services Ltd reserves the right
to make changes to any part of these Terms and Conditions without
any notice. By ordering Caitland Services Ltd via telephone,
e-mail, fax or website the client is agreeing to be bound by
the Caitland Cleaning Terms and Conditions of Service.
The Client must allow the cleaner access to hot water and power.
All fragile and breakable items must be secured or removed.
Claims
In case of a complaint Caitland Services Ltd requires to be
notified within 24 hours after completion of the cleaning work.
No claims will be entertained after the above limit. If the
Client is dissatisfied with the work, a cleaner must be allowed
to return and re-do the job at no extra charge.
Equipment
The Client is responsible for providing the tasks list, cleaning
materials and equipment when booking a regular or one-off cleaning
service. We can provide all cleaning materials and equipment
on request. Please note that this may be subject to surcharge.
Carpets
Caitland Services Ltd will not be responsible for failing to
remove old/permanent stains that cannot be removed using normal
carpet cleaning methods. Existing damage will be reported prior
to commencing work.
Cancellation
The Client may cancel / skip a cleaning visit by giving atleast
24 hours notice. Otherwise if not notified on time Caitland
Services Ltd will charge the full amount for the cleaning visit
and no refund can be claimed.
In the event that a cleaner travels to the clients house on
the designated day and the client is not in or the cleaner cannot
gain entry to the property the client shall be liable for the
cleaners travelling cost.
